    Don't forget to download the ticket to be presented at the venue on the day of the event.

    RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

    - In case of cancellation, tickets purchased on the MI HABANA BAILA Project website will be refunded within a minimum period of 60 working days.

    - In case the Event is postponed, the tickets will be valid for the new date and will also be valid to participate in other events organized by Mi Habana Baila Project for a period of 12 months.

    - No refund will be made if the Event has been held and even if the client decides not to attend before 7 days from the date of the Event, in the latter case the client will have the possibility to sell his ticket and inform the organization, the changes made.

    ● CANCELLATION PENALTIES BY THE CUSTOMER

    -50% of the package for cancellation between 60 and 20 days before the Festival

    -80% of the package for cancellation between 21 and 7 days before the Festival

    -100% of the package for cancellation from the 6th day before the Festival

    ● SUBSTITUTIONS

    - The customer can be replaced by another person provided that:

    a) The organizer is informed in writing 15 days before the date of the Festival and explains the reasons

    b) The replaced part will be responsible for paying 100% of the Full Pack or missing part
